Location: Miami Beach Florida. Description: This was the complete Renovation of 186 guestroom bathrooms and some amenity areas. Scope of Work: Bathroom Renovation included porcelain wood plank tile installation at tub walls, shower walls, shower floors, bathroom floors, and Wainscot at all wet walls. This was a Fast Track project where the tile installation was completed in 6 weeks over all, two phase project. Amenity areas included installation of Sicis Glass Mosaics at pool fountain walls. Tile at all elevators, and new tile at elevation of lobby bar.

Location: Broward, Florida. Description: 76 unit apartment building and common areas. Scope of Work: floor tile installation at unit floors, unit bathroom tub walls, common corridors, elevator lobbies, and flooring at all ammenities. ammenities included a gym floor, and carpet at office areas.

Location: Sunrise, Florida. Description: 140 apartment units and a Club House. Scope of Work: Installation of tile in all unit floors, bathroom tub walls with glass accents, and kitchen backsplash. Porcelain wood plank in clubhouse with carpet inserts, a rubber vinyl in gym floor. Custom granite logo cut with water jet technology.

Location: Winter Haven, Florida Description: Total of 80 apartments and a Club house building. Scope of Work: Installation of floor tile in all units, subway tile at all kitchen backsplash, and tile on bathroom tub walls. Amenities included porcelain tile installation, cork flooring in gym floor and quarry tile on exterior decks.

Location: Tarpon Springs, Florida Description: Total of 60 apartments all divided in 5 building types. Scope of Work: Installation of unit floor tile, bathroom tub and shower wall tile, and kitchen backsplash. Amenities included wood flooring in two club houses.
