Estimator
The Estimator is responsible for receive the job proposal from the client, work with all the documents for the project, including scope of work, prepare and do take off using the drawings, work along with the finish schedule of the materials, securing all the basic steps of the estimation process, track and follow up sent proposals and maintain communication with all the clients to achieve the profitable completion of the bid process.
Project Manager
The Project Manager manages the complete project direction, completion, develop and financial outcome and administers both the company and client relationships for assigned projects. The Project Manager is responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff. The position requires business management expertise and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.
Superintendent
Construction Field Superintendent oversees the daily construction activities of contractors, foremen, and workers at a work site to ensure projects follow schedules. Coordinates the procurement, delivery, and placement of materials and equipment on-site as required to execute each phase of a construction project. The Superintendent must demonstrate leadership, organization, time management and strong communication with the laborers and the client.
Forklift Operator
The Forklift Operator has excellent attention to detail for the position of forklift operator. Forklift operators are responsible for optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.
Construction Worker
A construction worker does physical labor on construction sites. They may prepare sites by cleaning them, loading or unloading materials, and removing hazards. A general laborer may also run some types of equipment, or put together and take apart scaffolding and other temporary structures.
